Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Client Advisor to join our New York team. As a key representative of the Thom Sweeney brand, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, fostering long-term relationships and delivering a tailored shopping experience. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury menswear, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to driving sales and brand loyalty.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience:
  • Deliver an elevated and personalized shopping experience, embodying the Thom Sweeney ethos.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice on product selection, styling, and tailoring services.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service with professionalism and care.
  • Sales Performance:
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by driving client engagement and repeat business.
  • Actively participate in client outreach initiatives, including follow-ups and special event invitations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Thom Sweeney’s collections, tailoring process, and brand heritage to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Store Operations:
  • Support daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure the store environment is immaculate and reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of in-store events and promotions.



Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience & Expertise:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably within menswear or tailoring.
  • Strong understanding of luxury clientele and their expectations.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and team members.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering excellence in every aspect of the role.
