Senior Enablement Lead - Global Analytics Consultancy - Amplitude Analytics or Adobe Analytics, CJA - Chicago (Hybrid) - $120-150,000+ benefits

Their mission is to become recognised world leaders across their entire service portfolio, and they have a serious plan to get there, across Europe and North America. They are now seeking a Senior Enablement Lead to join their team.
Senior Enablement Lead (Amplitude), skills and experience required
- A fundamentally strong background working within Digital Analytics (3+ years) and the relevant technology stack (in this case Amplitude )
- 2+ yrs commercial experience working directly within GA4 (technical, insight and reporting).
- 2+ years experience working with Amplitude leading client or internal stakeholder engagements in some capacity
- You will also need to have a strong background (at least two years) working with SQL to aid the querying and extraction of data ( in its various iterations )
- Demonstrable client-facing or stakeholder management experience
OR
Senior Enablement Lead (Adobe Analytics / Adobe CJA), skills and experience required:
A fundamentally strong background working within Digital Analytics and the relevant technology stack (in this case Adobe )
4+ yrs commercial experience working directly within Adobe Analytics (technical, insight and reporting).
2+ years experience working within Customer Journey Analytics leading client or internal stakeholder engagements in some capacity
You will also need to have a strong background (at least two years) working with the wider AEP stack and understand the relationship between CJA and other tools such as AJO and RTCDP
Demonstrable client-facing or stakeholder management experience
Senior Enablement Lead Responsibilities:
In this role, you will report to the North American Company President, who will support you on all client tasks and ensure you’re getting the best possible support from the team to deliver for your clients & accelerate your career. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Being the primary interface for our clients running their workstreams. We support those services via Adobe and Amplitude-centric base technology, increasingly also engaging with Email & Ad Networks managed centrally by CDP.
- Ensuring all client requirements are understood, documented and validated, drawing on your experience to help define requirements.
- Ability to support the President and the client on their digital experience strategy and tool selection.
- Ability to provide training support to your clients based on your advanced capabilities/experience with the core tools they use.
- Work towards being regarded as a subject matter expert across the Amplitude or AEP full suite of capabilities.
