Senior Business Consultant:
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant is responsible for completing project tasks for implementations and point solutions independently and in a leading role. The Senior Consultant is responsible for providing oversight to other team members for implementations and point solutions.
Essential Functions
- Lead, perform and facilitate client requirements sessions
- Complete and review Client deliverables as assigned
- Perform and provide oversight for software configuration or customization for
implementation or solution deployments
- Lead and perform software testing and validation for implementation or solution
deployments
- Lead and provide Client training for implementation or solution deployments
- Lead and provide end user support for implementation or solution deployments
- Completion of Project Status reporting on a timely and regular basis.
- Completion of time and expense reporting on a timely and regular basis.
- Keeping immediate Supervisor and project leadership informed of all relevant implementation and client issues and concerns.
- Provide day to day leadership and tasks to consultants.
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented working environment.
- Mentor for Consultants.
- Compliance with all Company and Group policies and procedures.
- Achieve annual utilization target.
- Performs other related duties as directed

Education or Prior Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or technical related discipline
Master’s or Advance Degree in business or technical related discipline helpful
4 - 10 years in technology consulting.
