Job Title: Sr. Market Utility Business Analyst w/SQL

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mass market utility operations, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 10+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the utilities sector.
• Proven experience with SQL query development and optimization.
• Familiarity with .NET frameworks and collaborative application development.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of utility processes such as billing, metering, and customer engagement.
• Advanced SQL skills, including writing queries and analyzing large datasets.
• Familiarity with .NET application design principles and development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
