Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Project Coordnator who wil aid project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan. This opportunity is located in Alpharetta, GA or Columbus, GA!
Duties:
- Assist in the daily coordination of projects and serve as liaisons between project management and planning, project teams, and line management
- Draft reports for project managers that include scheduling and budget information, tasks, risks, issues, and deliverables
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
- Assess project issues and assist with the development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Perform administrative tasks, such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, preparing status reports, and preparing site visits and travel plans
Desired Skills/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically no relevant experience required
- Experience using excel and google sheets preferred
