Overview:
Manage implementation and commissioning of cyber suites across power-generating facilities.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in EE, ME, I&C, Cyber Security, or IT preferred.
- Experience:
- Utility Construction Management (civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, I&C, fire protection, ICS installation).
- Field project management and project controls (SAP experience a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong HSE culture, contractor management, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Self-starter, able to work in industrial environments with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects comply with safety and environmental standards.
- Perform site inspections and quality oversight for construction and materials.
- Monitor and resolve on-site issues while maintaining physical presence (80% of project duration).
- Ensure adherence to Scope of Work (SOW) and report deviations to Project Manager.
- Provide updates, reports, and feedback to contractors and management.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of power generation systems, construction practices, and scheduling.
- 7+ years in construction, engineering, or management, including 3+ years in construction management.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety practices (OSHA 30 preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Additional Information:
- Travel required across multiple sites. Initial site in Chester, VA.
- Expense reimbursement for travel, meals, and lodging.
- Schedule may vary (e.g., 5/10s, 6/12s).

* Skilled in use of personal computer and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Familiarity with OSHA scaffolding requirements and industry safety practices.
* 7+ years of industry experience in the field of construction, engineering, and/or management with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in construction management.
* OSHA 30 preferred.
Administrative:
The CM will self-manage travel between assigned sites as required, if multiple sites are included in the job posting specifics.
