REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with customer returned customer products, ensuring timely and accurate repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, including parts used, labor time, and customer interactions.
• Perform tests & quality checks on repaired products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• AA or AS Degree
• Ability to test and troubleshoot to component level.
• Experience working with digital and analog circuits and audio and video systems.
• Ability to read and understand schematics/drawings.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.

Salary Range: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
