The Company:

We’re partnering with a company that builds open-source infrastructure that creates a feedback loop for optimizing LLM applications. By integrating with their model gateway, you can send metrics to improve models over time—making them smarter, faster, and more cost-effective.

The Role:

As a Founding Engineer, you'll be pivotal in building our platform from the ground up. Focusing on performance and user experience, you'll lead the frontend architecture and development using React and TypeScript. Working closely with the co-founders, you'll drive core areas like optimization, observability, and integrations, shaping the product’s direction and scalability. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the company’s growth from day one.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• Proven ability to design and implement frontend architecture from scratch in an early-stage environment.
• Expertise in creating user-friendly, responsive interfaces with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Strong understanding of integrating with backend systems and APIs.
• Ability to work closely with cofounders and cross-functional teams to shape the product's direction and create innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with RemixJS for building modern, fast, and scalable web applications and Tailwind CSS for utility-first design and styling. (Nice to have)
• Experience working in startup environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.

The Benefits:

A base salary between $200,000 - $250,000 + Equity and comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits
