Job Description:

Title: Software Developer (.Net)

Location: St. Paul, MN- Hybrid

Duration: 2 years

Rate: $60/hr W2

Required Skills:

• Seven years of experience developing ASP .NET MVC applications with C# along with Entity Framework
• Five years of Experience writing T-SQL for MS SQL Server, XML schemas, and XSLT
• Five years of Unit test experience designing, developing, and executing (NUnit)
• Seven years of experience using HTML/CSS
• Seven years of experience using JavaScript
• Experience with Gulp
• Experience with Nuget Package management
• Experience within an Agile Scrum development team
• Experience in development of Windows Services using .NET 4.0 or above
• Experience using REST/SOAP web services
• Experience using Web API
• Experience with DevOps incorporating automation for CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with front-end JavaScript libraries, especially Bootstrap 4/5 and jQuery
• Strong communication skills sufficient to clearly communicate highly technical concepts, and to introduce new technological tools or methods
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concept
• Experience working with law enforcement or criminal justice systems
