Manufacturing Engineer

Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with 3+ years of experience in general manufacturing? In this role you will be processing and creating 3D models of engine parts component assemblies using Siemens NX software.
Must Haves / Mandatory:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing
- 3+ years of experience in general manufacturing
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Proficiency with Siemens NX, Microsoft Office tools, and CAD solid modeling software
- Background in manufacturing with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have / Preferred:
- Prior experience as a machinist
- Experience with Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Inconel materials
Responsibilities:
- Establish part cost estimates on a mix of OEM products and overhaul services
- Create 3D models of the assembly and all components in Siemens NX
- Develop operation sheets/work instructions from 3D models in Siemens NX
- Create routing/BOM/item cards in ERP (intuitive)
- Create milestones/project plans and ensure engineering tasks stay on track
- Follow parts through the shop to ensure there are no issues
- Interact with shop personnel when developing processes
- Provide support to customers/vendors on any engineering-related items
- Participate in root cause analysis and other continuous improvement projects
