As the Executive Housekeeper, you'll lead the Housekeeping and Laundry operations to uphold pristine, welcoming spaces that reflect our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Train, mentor, and inspire a team of Grand Performers to deliver a world-class service experience.
- Conduct detailed inspections, holding the team accountable for exceptional results.
- Plan work schedules, manage inventory, and oversee budgets to ensure smooth operations and expense control.
- Implement effective inspection programs for guest rooms and public spaces.
- Collaborate with management to recommend property improvements and innovative cleaning methods.
- Host monthly team meetings to foster engagement and solve problems proactively.
- Utilize systems and tools to execute strategic plans and achieve operational goals.
