About the Role

As an Infrastructure Engineer , you'll work directly under the Head of Infrastructure to design and build fault-tolerant, scalable systems that support a rapidly growing product. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the infrastructure that powers the platform, ensuring reliability and performance at scale. You’ll work closely with the team to implement modern solutions, including using AWS services, building CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing databases. This role offers a strong emphasis on automation, observability, and the overall efficiency of infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, RDS, and S3
• Scale and optimize SQL databases with techniques such as clustering, replication, and partitioning
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or automate infrastructure management using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Implement observability solutions using Datadog, perform load and stress testing, and optimize resource utilization
• Design disaster recovery strategies and ensure compliance with security and data protection standards such as GDPR and SOC2
• Work closely with the Operations team to align infrastructure solutions with business goals and client needs

Infrastructure Engineer candidates should have expertise in AWS services , CI/CD pipelines , and database optimization . Familiarity with Terraform , cloud automation , and ensuring compliance with standards will be key to succeeding in this role.
