Senior Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer

Position: Full time

Location: Chicago, IL

Metric Geo is working with one of the largest engineering firms in the world who's currently hiring for a Senior Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer. This position has excellent career progression opportunities. The role consists of overseeing other engineers, contributing to strategic planning of the firm's direction & associated goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend coordination meetings and job sites
• Assist in Business development and existing client relationships
• Conduct peer reviews & provide QA/QC oversight
• Leadership of staffing, hiring, employee reviews, goal-setting, training/development, and general group personnel-related concerns alongside other technical leaders

Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ relevant experience
• 3 years of supervising experience
• NICET certification
• Multistate licensure preferred
• AutoCAD & Revit
