We are looking to hire a digitally-savvy Account Supervisor with agency experience who thrives in account leadership … being a client whisperer, integration driver, account owner and facilitator of positive culture. The Account Supervisor is responsible for the management and growth of client relationships as well as for the quality and results of client marketing programs. In this role, you will be accountable for successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines, both internally and externally. You will partner with the Account Director and other senior team members across disciplines to ensure the overall success of our clients, including consumer brands and agency partners as well as internal teams. Key to this role will be a passion for client service excellence, continuous curiosity, and providing innovative digital marketing solutions that align with our clients’ goals and objectives.


This role reports to the Senior Account Director. It’s based out of our Chicago office where we currently have a hybrid in-office work policy with at least 2 days in the office.


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with client, internal agency, and cross-agency stakeholders, curating collaboration amongst all partners to drive successful outcomes
  • An active leader and stakeholder in all phases of the project lifecycle for assigned accounts
  • Partner with the cross-functional agency team, developing strategies and ideas that meet and exceed client goals
  • Identify and recommend omnichannel solutions that leverage paid, earned, and/or owned channels
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategy definition, ideation, creative development, and ongoing thought leadership
  • Lead client presentations with compelling strategic and visual storytelling
  • Leverage a deep understanding of digital media and website development
  • Continuously evolve processes from briefing to execution, remain embedded in all campaign operations post launch
  • Anticipate future client needs; project and mitigate risks by being naturally curious, asking questions, seeking insights and uncovering key information
  • Partner with agency leadership to plan, budget, and forecast efficiently within client scope
  • Communicate wins, case studies, and points of view on relevant topics to help ensure our work is visible to the industry, clients and the broader agency
  • Excited by constantly changing integrated communications landscape and consumer dynamics to drive insights and constant innovation


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of account leadership experience, primarily in a digitally-focused role that includes website development and management; agency experience required
  • Excellent track record of strong client relationships, persuasive and engaging client presentations and successful results
  • In-depth understanding of full-funnel marketing plans and all digital channels, including but not limited to paid social, paid search, programmatic, SEO, organic content, email, etc.
  • Experience in Agile workflow and working knowledge of Jira
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations
  • Experience in durable goods or CPG preferred
  • Experience working with Shopify preferred
  • Working knowledge of project management platforms, such as Asana, preferred
