Comcast is seeking a Retail Sales Professional to join their team immediately. This role involves working directly with customers in a retail setting to evaluate product needs, make recommendations, and provide exceptional customer service. The position offers a competitive pay structure, with base hourly compensation plus commission, and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in evaluating their product needs and provide recommendations.
• Offer support with account statements, billing inquiries, and service questions.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
• Stay current on product knowledge and competitive insights.
• Help customers fully understand and utilize Comcast products and services.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive retail environment.
• Achieve sales targets and participate in training on new technologies.
• Meet or exceed sales goals, with uncapped commission potential for top performers.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of related experience (preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Capacity to work across multiple store locations if necessary.
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay:

• Starting hourly rate: $15.05
• Targeted commission, with total compensation up to $22.74 per hour.
