Our client, a leading software company in the Legal industry, is looking for an Account Executive to join their Personal Injury Department. Their ideal candidate has a knack for sales/customer service with a strong desire to learn & grow. Legal experience is a plus!

Office policy: On-site in Garden City, Long Island

Salary: $55,000-60,000 base salary

*Also, in addition to salary, there is are monthly and year bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

• AE works closely with senior management and other departments within to ensure and provide excellent client service.
• AE maintains regular contact (verbal and written) with all assigned clients.
• AE is responsible for efficient and timely follow-up on all client inquiries as well as peer team requests to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Participate in weekly sales and training meetings.
• Represent the company at special events and industry functions.

Skills and Requirements :

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, and superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Client relationships skills with effective interaction.
• AE must work well in a team environment, while having the ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and insured automobile
