ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Junior Account Manager at Jimerson Birr, you would be responsible for maintaining current clients and growing our client base as a brand ambassador, keeping accurate correspondence records, and meeting regularly with management. Your dedication to the needs of our clients will encourage client loyalty and enhance Jimerson Birr’s growth through positive client engagement.
In this role, your daily contributions can be classified into three areas:
- Customer Service: deliver consistent, reliable, and professional first impressions to potential new clients and superior customer service to previous clients
- Accurate Client Records: capture client information and complete reports associated with each client
- Relationship Driven: build long-term relationships with past and potential clients
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver consistent, reliable and professional first impression to potential new clients
- Help our clients and potential clients to better understand the full potential of our products
- Capture client information and reporting associated with data capture
- Manage client requests and troubleshoot problems
- Maintain consistency and quality in all client communications
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential clients
- Inspire repeat-business from clients
- Maintain detailed cultivation notes on each client to facilitate future engagement
- Develop process improvements to ensure client satisfaction and lead generation
- Reporting
- Backup and support of Reception's core functions, which includes fielding and routing incoming phone calls
Qualifications:
- Education- BA degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Experience: 3+ years in a customer service role or sales
Skills:
- Natural leadership via influence rather than power
- Charismatic and impactful presentation style; strong wit
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work, and meet all deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Energetic, forward-thinking and highly creative
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
