Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales, you'll take ownership of a broad territory spanning from Maine to Ohio and as far south as North Carolina. What You Bring to the Table:
- Sales Expertise: At least 3+ years of sales experience, ideally interacting with a range of customers; industry experience with Multi-Function School Activity Buses (MFSAB) and Daycare Buses is a strong plus.
- Valuable Connections: Existing relationships with state regulators and local fleet buyers are a bonus.
- Technical Know-How: Ability to quickly absorb and apply complex information on vehicle specs, regulations, and purchasing processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong consultative sales approach and professionalism, with the ability to engage confidently with C-Suite executives and business owners.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual platforms like MS Teams and Zoom.
- Willingness to Travel: A valid driver’s license and readiness for extensive travel within the assigned territory for face-to-face sales calls.

- Work primarily performed in an office setting.
- May involve extended periods of sitting and stair climbing.
- Requires good manual dexterity.
