The Director of Regional Channel Sales is a strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for driving sales growth through regional channel partners. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with regional distributors, resellers, and other channel partners to achieve revenue targets. Reporting to the Vice President of B2B Sales, the Director will oversee the execution of sales strategies within assigned regions, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the sales performance objectives of the field sales team, ensuring alignment with regional and company-wide goals.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to help the team achieve their targets and develop their skills.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture that emphasizes accountability, innovation, and results.
  • Implement training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the regional and field sales teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales leadership roles, with a focus on regional partners.:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven success managing relationships with distributors, resellers, and other channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. Business Channel and its dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
