Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at QUANTUM ENERGY SOLUTIONS. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their energy needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. While the role is based in Houston, TX, some remote work is allowed to accommodate flexibility.
Qualifications
- Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of the energy industry and energy efficiency solutions
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in B2B sales or account management is a plus
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ideally but not required Knowledge of the energy industry and energy efficiency practices
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ideally but not required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
