Position Summary:
As a Business Development Manager , you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This is a sales role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering customized staffing solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect & Generate Leads : Identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Develop & Maintain Client Relationships : Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs, industry challenges, and business goals.
• Present Staffing Solutions : Customize and present staffing solutions that meet client needs, including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire services.
• Negotiate & Close Deals : Negotiate contract terms and pricing, close deals, and ensure a seamless transition for clients from sales to account management.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with recruiters and leadership to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
• Track Sales Metrics : Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and consistently update CRM software with sales activities and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
• Experience : 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development in staffing.
• Knowledge of Staffing Industry : Familiarity with temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to all levels of an organization.
• Negotiation & Closing Skills : Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing new business.
• Goal-Oriented : Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
