Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and grow the branch’s operations in the Chicago market.
• Drive business development initiatives to secure new clients and build long-term partnerships.

• Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Build strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

• Manage the branch’s P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
