This is a full-time on-site role, engaging in the sales and service of State Farm Insurance products. Responsibilities include lead generation, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making outbound calls, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, texts and emails
- Provide quotes for new prospects and complete sales
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or business experience equivalent
- Past success in a sales-oriented environment preferred, but not required
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
