Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of Proven B2B sales experience ,preferably in the property management or facilities services industry. 
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Basic CRM system skills
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with property management processes and software solutions is desirable but not required. Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients within the property management industry and develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations: Present our mobile app to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Understand Client Needs: Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Track and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, ensuring high levels of customer service and client retention.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals.
