As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks aimed at supporting our bid proposal process and sales efforts. From market research to trade show coordination, pre-construction services, bid coordination, and social media, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors.
- Registering Polysport USA with buyer groups via CO-OP and government entities.
- Coordinate trade show participation, including booth setup, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Manage bid processes, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with requirements.
- Implement changes on our website through collaboration with third-party vendors.
- Drive engagement and brand awareness on social media platforms.
- Assist in the coordination of sales activities, including proposal generation and lead management.
- Manage sponsorship, foster relationships and maximizing exposure for the company.
- Utilize research techniques to generate leads and expand our customer base.
- Maintain CRM system integrity through accurate and timely data entry.
- Develop and distribute product literature to support sales efforts.
- Order samples from suppliers such as Conica and Sport Master to support sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales coordination roles or construction proposal coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the sports surfacing industry is a plus.
- Ability to work M-F from 9 AM to 5 PM
