Exciting Primary Care Opportunity - Brooklyn / Bronx, NY
Join a highly respected non-profit organization dedicated to providing impactful healthcare services to underserved communities. This role offers an incredible opportunity for a compassionate Primary Care Provider (APP) to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth at juvenile detention centers in Brooklyn and the Bronx.

Position Highlights :

• Schedule : 12 Hour Shifts
• Hours : 7 AM - 7 PM
• Setting : Outpatient/Juvenile Detention Center Health Clinic
• Position Type: Open to part-time OR full-time!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to male patients (up to 18 years old) in a juvenile detention center.
• Perform thorough patient histories and diagnostic assessments to meet their healthcare needs.
• Provide well-care exams, including physicals, to ensure a high standard of preventive care.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Active NYS PA or FNP license.
• Passion for working with underserved or at-risk populations.
