Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Williamston House, Windsor House , The Landings of Albemarle, & Edenton House a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Williamston, NC. This unique opportunity involves traveling to various locations in Eastern North Carolina , including Windsor , Hertford, Edenton .
(Ideal Candidate should have experience in an outpatient setting and can support up to four Senior Living Communities)

Responsibilities
- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
- Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited Physical therapy curriculum
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid NC to practice
