Job Description:
Job Title: Sonographer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: 5x8 hrs (40 hours/week)
Shift: Day
Duration: 10 weeks
Pay Range: $2200 - $2300 weekly gross DOE
Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Sonographer specializing in diagnostic imaging to join our team. In this role, you will perform high-quality vascular and echocardiographic studies while working collaboratively with a team. Peer support is exceptional, and candidates willing to cover holidays will be given priority consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct echo and vascular ultrasound imaging
- Assist physicians and other medical staff during exams and procedures.
- Document all necessary information for accurate interpretation, reporting, and archiving of ultrasound exams.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide top-quality diagnostic imaging services.
Qualifications:
- Certifications: ARDMS and BLS certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in acute care and strong experience in general and vascular ultrasound
