The Clinical Manager (CM) plays a vital role on our team, serving as a primary source of medical knowledge and guidance to ensure effective service for our members. In addition, the CM role facilitates ongoing education of the staff and ensures adherence to procedures, policies, best practices, and standards according to the mission of Healthnetwork Foundation. This role also includes managing medical cases for members (facilitation/referrals to hospital partners) and fundraising on behalf of the organization.

Specific duties: include but are not limited to:
Serve as a resource to the Medical Coordinators in a support role, offering clinical knowledge to ensure case efficiency, accurate decision-making, and optimal outcomes
Collaborate with Medical Coordinators and Leadership to determine the best medical path for members
Carry a manageable caseload that is primarily complex cases
Contribute to developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures as needed
Assist in Case segmentation and Case load management
Assist in communication to hospital partners and other professional relationships
Visit members locally when appropriate
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or relevant clinical experience in a diverse setting
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a hospital or other medical facility
Maintains current licensure is encouraged
Work in an office setting on site full-time
Preferred:
Case management in a hospital setting
