Job Requirements:

• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills in a specific area of medicine ( family medicine, surgery, pediatrics, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with staff.
• Proficiency in performing relevant physical examinations and procedures.
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Time management and organizational skills to manage a patient workload effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• PA’s are stationed at the hospital and they rotate doing OR, Rounding and Consults.
• Will rotate taking call (24 hour call) and there will be some weekend call (will be every other week).
• This is a 40 hour week position.

Minimum Education Requirements:

• Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) degree from an accredited program.

License & Certifications:

• Active and unencumbered PA license in applicable state
• National certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
