Our client, a company that provides innovative software solutions to automotive dealerships, streamlining operations, reducing paperwork, and increasing efficiency in sales, organization, and title processing is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to build strong relationships and drive business growth within the Houston territory.
This is a 100% outbound, hunter role focused on franchise and high-volume independent dealerships, with opportunities to expand into RV and motorsport dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the automotive dealership sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealership key contacts through consistent in-person visits.
- Log all activity, meetings, and sales progress in Salesforce for effective tracking and reporting.
- Execute cold-calling, door-to-door outreach, and presentations to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales on strategy and utilize provided leads to target high-value dealerships.
- Navigate a 4-month average sales cycle, targeting dealerships with 500+ monthly transactions.

Candidate Profile:
- 5-8 years of outside sales experience, ideally within the automotive finance sector or automotive industry.
- Proven track record in a hunting role with a money-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong communicator with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and able to manage territory with minimal supervision.
