Job Description
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients from the initial onboarding process and throughout their journey with Quickly. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, addressing inquiries, and providing ongoing support to enhance their overall experience. You will also handle incoming support calls and online inquiries, utilizing your communication, critical thinking skills, and expert knowledge of our application to analyze client issues and offer effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesClient OnboardingFacilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform or services.Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Conduct training sessions and provide guidance on using our products and services effectively.Customer Support and Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to Quickly.Process Improvement and DocumentationIdentify areas for process improvement within the onboarding and customer support workflows.Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and FAQs, to support clients during onboarding and beyond.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and streamline operational processes.Client Engagement and SatisfactionMonitor client satisfaction levels and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of onboarding and support initiatives.Proactively engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Advocate for clients internally, serving as their voice in driving product improvements and service enhancements.To thrive in this role youPost-secondary education in communications, business, administration, marketing, or related fields.1 - 2 years of experience in one of the following roles: accounting/bookkeeping, technical customer success, client onboarding, account management, sales, communications, or related positions.Must have strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to respond fast and juggle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and client focus.Proficient with G Suite (Gmail, GDocs, GSheets, etc)., and customer service software like Intercom and Hubspot.Intuitive, self-motivated, and positive.Bonus points Experience with Fintech, ERP, or Financial Services.About QuicklyWhat we doQuickly is an Early Payment technology that is revolutionizing the way businesses manage their supply chain finances.
