Description Assistant Project Manager - Commercial - Bolyston, MA $90k - Responsibilities Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage full commercial construction projects from ground-up through completion. Assist in conceptual estimating and preconstruction processes, supporting the team with initial estimates and scope development. Coordinate with clients, Estimating team, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and timelines are met. Help manage project documentation using Procore and Microsoft Office Suite. Assist with maintaining project schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Support the management of subcontractors and ensure compliance with contract terms. Report to the Project Manager and senior leadership team.
