Job Title: Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Supervisor

Schedule: Hybrid (Mon./Fri. Remote; Tue.-Thur. In-office)

Position Overview:

Our E&P client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Supervisor to manage and optimize maintenance activities for their offshore Gulf of Mexico platforms. This role will focus on minimizing downtime, coordinating maintenance staff, and ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Maintenance: Plan and implement maintenance activities to minimize production impact.
• Parts Procurement: Evaluate maintenance needs and order replacement parts as necessary.
• Team Coordination: Schedule and allocate resources for maintenance tasks.
• Backup Plans: Develop strategies to handle work interruptions and minimize downtime.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience in maintenance planning or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and equipment.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
