Our client, a leader in finance is hiring a part-time HR Coordinator to join their team in Eagan, MN!
**This is a 1-month W2 contract**
As the HR Coordinator, you will maintain employee files, and provide support for employee questions related to payroll, time, and attendance.
**20 hours per week | Days are flexible**
Responsibilities:
- Complete orientation paperwork
- You will provide administrative support for benefits programs (such as life, health, vision, dental) and leave of absences, utilizing HR Information , and support HR staff with special projects
- Manage employee records and assist with inquiries related to payroll , timekeeping , and attendance
Desired Skills:
- 0-1 years of experience in HR
- Experience in MS Office and HR software
- Familiar with HR administration or internal recruiting
- Experience processing on-boarding paperwork
