The downtown, Wall Street, office of a Personal Injury Law Firm is looking for an attorney with at least 3 years of plaintiff-side experience. The attorney in this role will lead matter teams on some complex and innovative cases.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Lead Attorney or directly assist Lead Attorney on matters/cases
• Point of contact who communicates directly with clients
• Handle and attend depositions, hearings, conferences, appearances, mediations, trial preparation
• Draft and file complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery

Requirements/Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney with plaintiff-side experience
• Must be admitted and in good standing in NY State
• Trial experience, a plus, but not required
• Must be in office 5 days a week. No hybrid or remote schedule
• Strong client service skills
• Ability to handle complex cases, be proactive and have excellent time management skills
• Growth mindset
