We are seeking a mid-level O365 an experienced Office 365 Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Office 365 environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, willing to learn, and capable of acting as Level Tier 2 support for daily O365-related issues. You should be eager to share knowledge with team members, engage in self-study, and work effectively with different vendors.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the Office 365 environment using both GUI and PowerShell., such as automating license allocation or upgrade user profiles.
  • Run reports, update licenses, and automate daily tasks within the Office 365 environment to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage Teams, includes policy, phone system and conference solutions, for example, creating meeting policies or troubleshooting Teams calls. Run reports, update licenses, and automate daily tasks within the O365 environment.
  • Understand and manage license structures and features.
  • Provide Level 2 support for Exchange Online, including mailbox management and troubleshooting, including addressing delivery failures or managing retention policies.
  • Customize and troubleshoot SharePoint Online sites and OneDrive related issues, such as sync errors.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), Intune, and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations to ensure seamless and secure access across systems.
  • Implementations Customize and support SharePoint Online sites.
  • Troubleshoot OneDrive issues and provide user support.
  • Utilize Power Automate and Flow to streamline and automate business processes.
  • Manage Microsoft Teams policies, including phone system configurations.
  • Work with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Share knowledge with the team and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Office 365 environments.
  • Proficient in PowerShell for automation and management.
  • Strong understanding of O365 licensing and features.
  • Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, SSO, and Power Automate.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Office 365 administration.
  • Proficient in using PowerShell for O365 management and automation.
  • Strong understanding of O365 license structures and available features.
  • Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint customization, and OneDrive troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate and Flow.
  • Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Teams policies and phone systems.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Single Sign-On configurations.
