Role - RAN Intelligent Controller Solution Architect (W2, Local Candidates Only)
Duration - Contract
Location - Richardson, Texas Onsite
Description -
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, integrate, debug, and maintain Wireless Network Optimization solutions.
- Architect and deploy Cloud-Native RAN automation and optimization solutions.
- Work on the design and implementation of RAN Optimization algorithms (Heuristics & ML).
- Perform functional and performance analysis on deployed algorithms.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in wireless operator’s networks or wireless solution providers.
- Experience with ORAN SMO and/or RIC development, design, and implementation.
- 2+ years of experience in 4G/5G cSON development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Python (MUST), experience in GO and C++ is a plus.
- Solid experience with cloud-native micro-services, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and managing Kubernetes services like GKE, EKS, OpenShift.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking, SQL databases, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with AI/ML toolkits (TensorFlow, Mllib, Kubeflow, etc.) and O-RAN specifications.
- Experience with LTE, 5G NSA/SA, and RAN technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
