We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform implementations, design scalable solutions, and drive innovation across various ServiceNow modules. This role requires expertise in scripting, configuration, and integration, with a strong focus on optimizing performance and delivering impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and other modules.
- Leverage automation, REST API integration, and ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box capabilities to streamline workflows.
- Lead technical discussions, provide guidance to developers, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments to define user stories and deliver solutions.
- Develop and present implementation plans, technical roadmaps, and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Optimize platform performance and ensure adherence to best practices in development and configuration.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple ServiceNow product implementations.
- Strong scripting skills on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum).
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in modern UI frameworks (Angular, React).
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and JSON technologies.
- Experience in DevOps, automated testing, and integration with external systems.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and influence platform evolution.
- Federal government experience is a plus.
