Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Technician with expertise in installing and configuring network equipment, including switches, firewalls, servers, VOIP Solutions, camera solutions, and access control systems. The successful candidate will also support Office 365 projects and various business technologies. This role is essential to ensuring our clients benefit from seamless and secure connectivity across their IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including switches and firewalls, ensuring secure and efficient operation.
• Set up and manage servers, ensuring proper configuration for optimal performance and reliability.
• Install and configure VOIP solutions, configure call routing, submit LOA's for porting, and other VOIP related tasks.
• Implement and support camera solutions and access control technologies to enhance security for clients.
• Assist in Office 365 deployments and migrations, providing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network performance and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Collaborate with team members on larger-scale IT projects, contributing technical expertise and support.
• Document all installations, configurations, and support interactions, maintaining accurate records for accountability and future reference.
• Provide training and assistance to clients on the use of business technologies and IT solutions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of experience in an IT support role, with a focus on network equipment and business technology implementations, ideally within a Managed Service Provider setting.
• Strong understanding of network configurations and protocols, along with experience in installing and maintaining switches and firewalls.
• Experience with server installations and configurations, as well as familiarity with camera and access control systems.
• Solid knowledge of Office 365 services, including administration and migration processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
