Title: IAM Business Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL – Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Duration: 10 Months - Contract to Hire role
Summary of the project: PAM Governance
In Privileged Access Management (PAM) position, you will play a crucial role for the following currently in-flight and high visibility projects with The Client's Technology Organization
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive PAM governance starter aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Define and implement policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged access across the enterprise
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to PAM team in the implementation and maintenance of PAM solutions
• Identify and assess risks related to privileged access and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular risk assessments of PAM processes and controls
• Ensure PAM practices and controls comply with relevant regulations, standards, and framework ( NIST, ISO 27001)
• Develop training programs and materials to educate employees and stakeholders on PAM principles
• Drive continuous improvement initiates to enhance PAM governance processes, controls, and technologies
• Serve as a subject matter expert on PAM governance matters, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of PAM governance efforts
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting PAM governance activities, challenges and achievements
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of professional experience with significant experience working as a BA on complicated projects with multiple cross functional teams
• Proven experience in identity governance, administration in Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Familiarity with identity management tools and systems like CyberArk
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.
• Experience using Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experienced enough to handle process improvement and synergies “big picture”
• Comfortable running sql queries and digging into the details of a project. Curiosity is key!
• Experienced in creating metrics and dashboard
Preferred Qualifications:
• College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience in the area of Information Security is required
• Relevant certifications in identity and access management or data governance.
• Experience with identity and access management software such as CyberArk

• Excellent people skills are also necessary since this position interacts with all levels of resources across the entire organization.
