Job Description

Infosys is seeking IBM Sterling Integration Consultant . You will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX/Raleigh, NC/Indianapolis, IN/Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel and/or relocation.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Must have hands on experience in eVision, IBM SCBN, Sterling Integrator.
  • Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements 1.Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, Design, Implementation and Production Support.
  • Perform design/architectural consultation of complex multi-tenant application/projects to create configurable /parameterized data mapping pipelines.
  • Perform Production Support functions which includes L2, L3 support involving Incident resolution, RCA, Problem Management and bug fixes.
  • You will also lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate, and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
  • Coordinate with ERP support teams, technical teams, and external vendors to analyze customer/supplier EDI communication requirements, changes, and issues.


The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
