Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between production staff and upper management, ensuring clear communication of goals and expectations.
• Supervise and lead production staff, providing clear instructions, support, and regular performance feedback.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to build skills and foster a positive work environment.
• Resolve employee issues, promote teamwork, and maintain morale across the production floor.
• Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.
• Identify and address production inefficiencies, implementing improvements to increase output and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Manufacturing Supervising experience
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools, including ERP systems.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to meet production goals.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with KPIs and Production Planning
• Ability to train new operators

Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
