Job Title : Technical Program Manager - Cloud Migration & Kubernetes

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead cloud migration projects using Kubernetes , containerization , PCF , and preferable OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) . The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end cloud transformation initiatives in factory setup, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead cloud migrations using factory approach, utilizing Kubernetes , PCF , OCP , and containerization technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical and business objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of cloud initiatives, managing risks, issues, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams on cloud platforms and container technologies.
• Collaborate with vendors for platform optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project clarity, alignment, and progress.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 15+ years of experience in cloud migration , Kubernetes , containerization , PCF , and OCP .
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture , microservices , and distributed systems .
• Proven experience in managing large-scale technical programs and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills , able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP , Kubernetes , OCP ) are a plus.
