We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our growing team. This is a critical role supporting our HR operations across multiple systems, including ICMS, ADP, First Advantage, and ZenDesk, for a large and diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket Management: Efficiently process and resolve a high volume of incoming support tickets via ZenDesk.
- Handle Level 1-3 tickets, including system troubleshooting, data entry, and validation.
- Conduct system audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with APIs is a strong plus.
- HCM Administration: Provide support for core HR functions within our HCM system (e.g., ADP).
- ATS Support: Provide expertise in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically ICIMS.
- Assist with system customizations and user training.
- Project Support: Actively participate in system implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Effectively communicate project progress and address roadblocks.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients across 6 decentralized regions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively address their needs.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related field.
- Proven experience with HR technology systems, including ATS (preferably ICIMS), HCM (preferably ADP), and ticketing systems (preferably ZenDesk).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment or consulting background is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
