Title: IT Audit Senior Group Manager - Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Technology, and Change Delivery

Office Status: Hybrid 2x a week in office

Salary: Up to $193k Base + 20% bonus

A top global Investment Bank specializing in Capital Markets is looking for an experienced Senior IT Audit Manager to join their audit team. Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a team of 5 audit professionals, ensuring performance, growth, and operational success.
• Oversee audits and projects of significant complexity, providing strategic guidance and subject matter expertise.
• Advise senior leadership on risk management, operational efficiencies, and emerging trends.
• Manage annual audit plans, resource allocation, and engagement activities.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture through coaching, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced certifications preferred (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, etc).
• 10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Proven ability to manage teams and large-scale, complex audit projects.
• Strong knowledge of audit standards, risk management practices, and emerging trends in cybersecurity and technology.
• Skilled in strategic planning, project management, and effective communication.
