Project Event Manager
Global company adding an Event Project Manager to the team. This role will coordinate all conferences for North America - collaborating with the events team to ensure events are successful. everything from attendee management to logistics to budgets to speakers all the way to post event surveys will fall under the umbrella in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Management of all aspects of events, production of meetings and conferences onsite, and some virtual
- Responsible for event technologies
- Conduct post-event surveys, track attendance and engagement
- Provide well-written recaps
- Create scope of project documents
Requirements:
- Proven event and project management experience
- Excellent budgeting, analytical, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of event technologies - event app, registration and evaluation software, virtual and hybrid platforms
