HEALTH CARE AIDE(HCA)

This position is for our Tuxedo Villa Home,locatedin Winnipeg, Manitoba.


Whatyou’llbe doing

Support residents inparticipatinginactivities of daily living (e.g.,dressing, bathing, toileting, personal grooming & mobility);


Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families;


Ensure that care is provided according to the person’s wishes,preferencesand care plan.



What you bring

Completed HCA certification;


Demonstrated compassion,accountabilityand respect;


Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English;


Ability to meet the physical and cognitive demands of the job (e.g.bending, lifting, walking, attention to detail, ability to multi-task).
