Insight Global is looking for a TA Manager to work for a hi-tech start up based in Irvine, CA . This Talent Acquisition Manager will manage a team of experienced recruiters, develop recruiting strategies, influence business partners, and deliver results against set goals. This leader’s focus will be to encourage, empower and develop our team. This position will manage ambiguity and constant change because our industry and company are ever evolving.
Location: Irvine, CA - This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.
Salary: $146,000-$157,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years experience as full-cycle recruiter
- Experience at a fast-paced tech startup
- 3 years+ experience leading a team of 5 or more recruiters supporting various disciplines across the business
- Expertise in navigating local and national talent market including competition, supply & demand trends and skill-based landscape
- Experience managing vendor partnerships for TA systems and external recruiting agencies
- Experience improving talent acquisition processes and metrics
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspire, develop and engage a small decentralized, experienced recruitment team
- Directly manage a handful of critical requisitions
- Use data to establish influence in all levels and decisions
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and engage new pools of diverse talent
- Create and maintain positive relationships with senior leaders across the organization
- Continue to build our employer branding proposition through internal partnerships, hosted events and multiple external channels
- Continuously look at process improvement through the use of data to create efficiencies
- Support compliance with employment laws and maintain vital tracking, including OFCCP compliance
- Participate in workforce planning
- Manage the contingent workforce process
