Bachelor's Degree

7-10+ years of Project/Program Management experience

Experience as an IT Program/Project Manager on a SailPoint On-Prem to SailPoint migration project.

PMP and Scrum Master certification preferred , but not required.

Project forecasting and budgeting experience.

Agile and Waterfall project experience. She's not interested in candidates that are only Agile as they are less flexible.

Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience interfacing and presenting to executives.

Financial Services industry experience preferred.
